We ask that you use our telephone number for phone orders
only - it's not that we don't want to talk to you - if that
were the case, we wouldn't publish our phone number. The
fact is, we don't always have the answer to your question
and have to do some checking around.

INTERNET ORDERS
Our shopping cart is secured with 128-bit SSL encryption so
you can be sure that your credit card information will not
be compromised when placing an order with us. Our shopping
cart connects to a secure credit card gateway, authorizes
the charge, and that's it. We do not store ANY of your
credit card information.
PAYPAL ORDERS
We do offer PayPal as a way for customers to pay for
their orders, however this is reserved for customers who
already have an existing PayPal Account. While we understand
that PayPal offers people without a PayPal account to make a
payment using a credit card, we will not fulfill these
orders. If you wish to use a credit card, you must use our
secure payment gateway by selecting credit card from the
payment providers. Any customer who chooses to pay via
PayPal must be a member, have a checking account, and be
verified.
PHONE ORDERS
If you leave a detailed message including your name, phone number including
area code, what you would like to order, and the best time
to reach you, we will make our best efforts to get back in
touch with you in a timely manner. You may reach us at 925-586-0322,
however we would encourage you to place an order through one
of the methods above.

Tax, Title, and Registration |
California residents are subject to 8.25%
sales tax on all orders placed with Neo Scooters. On
qualifying products in the DOT approved Moped class, a
certificate of origin is made available to the customer
which serves as a title for purposes of registration, where
required by law.
Most states do not require any registration or special
licensing for scooters. Please check with your local
Department of Motor Vehicles for age restrictions and other
applicable laws. Check out our
