WHY IS EMAIL THE BEST WAY TO REACH US?

We take orders in from New York to Hawaii.  We do not work around the clock, so that generally means you may have to leave a voice mail.  When we review your voice mail, we do check the area code so that we don't call you back in the middle of the night.  That could mean a day's delay in responding to you.

When you send an email, we can reply at any hour, and also have a written history of our discussion.  That makes it easy for anyone on our team to step in, read the history and respond.
